Greg Noviski

I grew up in Whitehouse Ohio before it became the big city it is today. I think BMX racing was what got me in to skateboarding. We moved to Sylvania when I was a freshman and my first day of school someone asked me if I was a “shock fag”. Funny thing is that I thought she said SHOP and since I didn’t take shop classes I told her no. Later on I found out that she said SHOCK and that I was wrong. I was a “shock fag”. Sylvania was a big change from Whitehouse.

I pretty much quit skating when the risk of injury became bigger than my &@lls. I’m proud to say that the last time I hurt my ankle was about 4 years ago and I did it doing laundry. Probably a testament to the fact that at least one of my ankles is not as strong as it should be. No one should hurt themselves doing laundry.

I graduated from the University of Cincinatti with a BFA in sculpture. While I was there I found out that I could make a living building clay models of cars. That is what I do now.
